Rosehill Racecourse is set to host an action-packed Apollo Stakes Day this Saturday February 19, 2011, and the 2011 Parramatta Cup will once again feature as one of the main events.
The 2011 Parramatta Cup will be run over 2,000 metres and will feature some of the country’s most exciting stayers aged three-years-old and upwards.
Current favourite to win the 2011 Parramatta Cup is Chris Waller’s six-year-old gelding Beijing Boy.
Beijing boy is presently paying $4.80 for the win at Luxbet.

Gai Waterhouse’s Fusakeo and Chris Waller’s Hawk Island are both currently paying $7 for a win at Luxbet.
Fusakeo has won five of her 19 career starts will be ridden by apprentice jockey Tommy Berry.
Hawk Island will be after his first win of the season after finishing fourth last start at Rosehill on February 5, 2011.
The six-year-old Hawk Wing gelding has won eight of his 27 career starts.
