Friday Horse Racing – January 14th – 2011 Canterbury Classic Preview & Field

Before the red hot racing action of the 2011 Magic Millions Race Day lights up the Gold Coast track tomorrow, there are five excellent TAB meetings running around the country today including twilight meets at Moonee Valley and Canterbury.

Originally six meets were scheduled for January 14th, however the Mornington programme has been abandoned due to the weather and track conditions.

The biggest event on the card for today is the $100,000 Listed Canterbury BMW Classic (1100m) running as Race 5 at Canterbury tonight and where an open field is currently lead by $3.50 Winter King through Luxbet.

Below is a rundown of all the Friday race meetings running this afternoon and this evening along with the jump time of Race 1 at each track and some of our best tips of the day.

For the most competitive range of betting odds and options for all the races today and for the Magic Millions’ showdowns tomorrow, head over to Australia’s premier online bookmaker Luxbet now and quote the BONUSBET when you join to get a free bet up to $400!
