Gai Waterhouse’s consistent filly More Strawberries has continued her excellent spring form winning the $175,000 Group 2 Tea Rose Stakes (1500m) in fine style at Rosehill on Saturday.
In a gallant lead-all-the-way victory More Strawberries ($3.10) was super impressive beating the $2 favourite, Peter Snowden’s Parables, by a neck after with Ambers Waltz ($11) a distant four and three quarter lengths back third.
